AWS – AWS and Docker extend collaboration to launch new features in Docker Desktop

As part of the ongoing collaboration between AWS and Docker, we are excited to announce the newest features that allows developers to use Docker Compose and Docker Desktop to deploy applications on Amazon ECS on AWS Fargate. This release extends the functionality of deploying and managing containers in AWS from a local development environment running Docker.
