AWS – Amazon Transcribe now supports speech to text in 6 new languages – Afrikaans, Danish, Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan), Thai, New Zealand English, and South African English

Starting today, Amazon Transcribe supports batch transcription in six new languages – Afrikaans, Danish, Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan), Thai, New Zealand English, and South African English. Amazon Transcribe is an automatic speech recognition (ASR) service that makes it easy for you to add speech to text capabilities to your applications.
