AWS – Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP) Multicast on AWS Transit Gateway is now available in major AWS regions worldwide

Starting today, AWS Transit Gateway supports internet group management protocol (IGMP) multicast in major AWS regions worldwide. The regions include US East (Ohio), Canada (Central), South America (São Paulo), EU (Stockholm), EU (London), EU (Frankfurt), EU (Paris), Asia Pacific (Mumbai), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), Asia Pacific (Singapore), Asia Pacific (Seoul) and Asia Pacific (Sydney) AWS regions with support for other regions coming soon.
