AWS – Amazon AppFlow now provides Amazon Connect Customer Profiles connectivity to several cloud applications

Amazon AppFlow now enables Amazon Connect Customer Profiles  a new AWS service announced today to combine customer profile data from third-party applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk, and Marketo with information in Amazon Connect without having to build and maintain expensive custom integrations.
