AWS – Amazon Connect launches more granular access controls (using resource tags) for users

You can now enable granular access controls for users by configuring resource tags within the Amazon Connect admin website. Tagging a user allows you to configure granular permissions and define who is able to access a specific user record. For example, you can now tag users with Team:Innovators and then only let the Innovators team manager see or edit these users.
