Amazon Connect now supports scheduled syncs of Zendesk for its AppIntegrations data service. AppIntegrations enable Amazon Connect customers to download data from third-party SaaS apps like CRMs, quality management, billing software, and order management solutions. You can now use Zendesk to download knowledge articles via scheduled syncs and surface them in the Amazon Connect agent application as Wisdom article recommendations, to help agents quickly resolve caller issues, while boosting their productivity.
