Additionally, I support the transition of several products to Multi-Cloud platforms as a consultant.

IT Application Operation Leader (AsiaInfo Hungary)
I am the leader of the IT Application Operation Team in AsiaInfo EMEA. I am responsible for all of the application (from IT operation point of view) in the newly implemented Business Support System (BSS) Ecosystem in Denmark.
My primary role is to lead, mentor and coordinate 12 people (2 Juniors, 7 Experts, 3 Seniors) who are the IT Application Operation Team. This team sustains, maintain, troubleshoots, investigates and solves the issues.
My responsibility to plan, support and improve the operation conditions and processes according to ITIL. Keep and enforcing SLAs and deadlines. Coordinate and manage the Customer related requirements. Prepare the further projects from operation point of view.
I am coordinating meetings with the product committee, project manager and functional management to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task.
I have been securing that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate in the team.

System Support Engineer (Üzleti Rendszerek)
My main tasks and responsibilities were planning and -development (C#, .NET) of SharePoint (2010, 2013) according to the customers’ requirements including but not limited to workflows, apps, java scripts, event receivers, ribbon objects. Furthermore I planned, installed, deployed, maintained and operated SharePoint (2010, 2013) Farms. I took part and coordinate SharePoint implementations.
Maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, support, install and upgrade of IIS (7, 7.5, 8) based applications, Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012R2), Microsoft SQL (2008R2, 2012).

Senior SharePoint Expert (IT Services Hungary)
My tasks were SharePoint 2013-2010-2007 administration, 2nd and 3rd level support such as troubleshooting, monitoring, patch deployment (custom code, sandbox solutons, Microsoft patches), upgrade (major and cumulative) and change management, optimization, scripting (powershell), incident and problem management, OnCall Duty. My main responsibility was the Daimler’s SharePoint (2010) farms and environments related activities. Support and cooperate with Deutsche Telekom’s management, architects and the Customer’s technicians in Germany. Besides I was the responsible person for Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) re-creation. This task was a cooperation with the Microsoft.
Another important thread in my job was to support the implementation and stabilization of Shell SharePoint 2013 based Search Farm. In this project I had to follow the implementation plans and give feedback to the Customer. I managed and investigated the Search engine related issues and forwarded them to Microsoft if it is justified.
At the beginning I was a 3rd level Oracle Siebel Expert in the common T-Systems CRM project. In this project the different Application Operation Teams (from Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia) provided me the issues which required very deep knowledge and analyzing such as code and customization related incidents.
Parallel with this I supported the billing system cutover of Virgin Mobile (UK). My tasks were the back log reporting and analyzing and support the CDR validation process and scripting (automation and validation). In this role I worked with Solaris.

System Engineer (Telenor Magyarország/Pannon)
In this role the main focus was on the business critical Windows based application operation and maintenance in enterprise environment. I can work day by day almost all of Microsoft technologies including but not limited to IIS (6 – 7.5), Windows Servers (2000 – 2008R2), SharePoint Server 2007 – 2010 (Operations, Implementation, Development), MS SQL Server 2000-2008R2, BizTalk, Virtualization (Hyper-V), .NET. In addition I worked with another systems such as Oracle Siebel CRM 8.1, Weblogic, LiveLink, RedDot, SAP. I was responsible for all of components and subcomponents of these applications and systems like SSL certificates, configuration management, deployment, health- and capacity analysis, upgrades, security issues and – patching. And the ITIL realted KPIs and processes such as SLA, incidents, problems, change management.
My key tasks:

Operation: patch and release deployment, monitoring, log analyzing, troubleshooting, optimizing, incident-, change- and problem- management. OnCal Duty and support of huge development packages.

IT Expert (Colas Hungária)
My responsibility was to support and ensure the adequate conditions (desktop, server and infrastructure) to end-users on all premises of the Colas and Egút on East Hungary (on ITIL basis). About 150 desktops and 5 servers belong to my area. I provideed assistance in troubleshooting, get answers to questions solve known problems, investigate the unknown issues and manage the requests from the management and end-user side. Moreover I managed the servers and the another user and IT related elements such as Active Directory, Domain, Backup/Restore. My other tasks were the network (IP, LAN, VPN) planning, management and modernization. I also took part in IT related procurement processes.

Developer (Solver Hungária)
At this company I was a developer (Deplhi, C, SQL).I was responsible for the whole product phases. This means that I took part in the specification, design, preparation as well. I key focused on the developement of the softwares. Then I installed, and support the products. Besides I trained the customers and made all of required documentations. In my work I followed the waterfall model.

I had been learning in this institution for 5 years to be a Math Teacher. In this period I started to learn and work with IT and computer science. This was the point where I decided to work as an IT Expert. Therefore I wrote my thesis about a medley of probability theory and software development. Title of this creation: Computing demonstration of laws of probability. It is a delphi program which shows and calculate some laws from probability.
